Per sleeping spot the full list falls from $794 to $382, because a kitchen, a vacuum and safety gear cost the same in any size. Prices were checked on US retailer pages Oct 30 to Nov 1, 2026, before tax and shipping.

For five homes, OwnerRez comes to $88 a month, PriceLabs $79.95, Hospitable Professional $104 and Mogul $159. Lodgify's plan prices and Touch Stay's paid tiers could not be confirmed on their official pages, so they read "Check current price" instead of a number.
